FRET Analyzer
Quantify nanoscopic miscibility transitions in lipid bilayers from FRET vs. temperature data (Chaisson et al. 2026).
Upload an Excel file containing fluorescence intensity data for 2 FRET probe pairs (Nap/DiD and TFPC/DiD) measured across a temperature range. Each worksheet is treated as one experimental replicate. The tool fits the data to uniform-mixing and phase-separation models and uses AICc model selection to determine whether a miscibility transition exists, following Chaisson et al. (2026).
Required column order (headers are ignored — columns are read by position):
